General Conditions of Sale - Magic Gaming
1. Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Magic Gaming website www.magic-gaming.com
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale on the Magic Gaming website are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, minor variations in visual presentation may occur. Magic Gaming undertakes to provide products conforming to the description provided.
3. Price
The prices displayed on the site are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the price displayed and are indicated separately at the time of validation of the order. Magic Gaming reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of validation of the order.
4. Order
Placing an order on the Magic Gaming website implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when ordering. 6. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated when ordering. Magic Gaming endeavors to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control. Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
