Refund Policy - Magic Gaming

At Magic Gaming, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that exceptional circumstances may require a refund. Here is our refund policy to guide you through this process:

1. Reimbursement Conditions

The customer can request a refund within 14 days of receipt of their order. The request must be sent by e-mail to contact@magic-gaming.com . To be eligible for reimbursement, the controller must not show signs of wear and must be in identical condition to that at the time of receipt.

2. Reimbursement Request Procedure

• The customer must send an e-mail to contact@magic-gaming.com indicating their order number, the reason for the refund request, and photos of the controller demonstrating its condition.

3. Acceptance of the Request

Magic Gaming will review the refund request and inform the customer of the acceptance or rejection thereof as soon as possible. If accepted, specific instructions for returning the product will be provided.

4. Return of the Controller

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the controller. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories provided. The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

5. Exclusions

Refund requests will be denied if the controller shows signs of wear, intentional damage, or is not returned in its original condition. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Reimbursement Period

Once the product is returned and accepted, the refund will be made as soon as possible. The refund time will take between 5 to 12 working days and will depend on the initial payment method used when ordering.

8. Modification of the Policy

Magic Gaming reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time. Any modification will be communicated on the Magic Gaming website.
